Urbanwrk – Baani | The Elevated Workplace

Concept: High-Performance, High-Touch Workspace

Spanning 40,000 sqft across three floors in Gurgaon, The Gradient Hub is a managed workspace designed to bridge the gap between corporate productivity and human well-being. The design challenges the traditional office “box” by utilizing a tonal gradient and a three-sided panoramic glass perimeter that captures Gurgaon’s skyline and transit pulse. It is a space that feels like a city within a city—sophisticated, technologically forward, and deeply restorative.

Key Highlights

Architectural Tonal Gradients: The interiors utilize a sophisticated shift from light to dark tones, creating a sense of movement and visual depth across the expansive floor plates.
The “Sky-Garden” Oasis: Leveraging the 270-degree glass facade, we integrated built-in seating with embedded planters. This “green oasis” offers a soft, nature-led counterpoint to the concrete jungle and metro lines visible outside.
AI-Generated Narrative Art: Utilizing our AI-forward design pillar, we curated isometric “mini-cities” with a parallel-reality twist. These 3D art installations serve as architectural conversation starters, merging technology with physical space.
The 1800-Value Metric: A testament to our Technical Integrity, we delivered this high-spec environment at a highly optimized cost of 1800 per sqft—proving that premium design can be achieved through disciplined project management and smart materiality.
Holistic Lifestyle Integration: Beyond the desk, the site features a mini-terrace for informal collaboration and a state-of-the-art gym, ensuring the workspace supports the physical and mental health of a diverse demographic.
