A masterclass in restraint, Park 91 transforms a temporary structure into a high-impact sales office. By prioritizing light, proportion, and honest materials, the design achieves a permanent sense of luxury on a lean budget.

Luminous Layout: A “breathing” floor plan that uses natural light as a primary material, connecting the central reception to meeting enclaves.
Tactile Focal Point: A white, 3D-embossed wall with biophilic motifs serves as a sculptural backdrop to a sharp, semi-gloss black reception desk.
