Located within a converted mall, this office leveraged its double-height volume to introduce a functional mezzanine while creating a strong visual identity. The design draws inspiration from the client’s core product—a specialised fabric used for temporary structures—translating its fluidity into architecture. A sweeping, wave-like installation on the double-height wall evokes fabric moving in the wind, becoming a defining feature visible from outside.
The workspace was conceived as an open, department-free environment, anchored by a large community table that functions as both meeting and work zone. With no access to natural light, the design relies on layered materials, reflective surfaces, and carefully planned artificial lighting to enhance volume, depth, and luxury—resulting in a space that is functional yet expressive.
